The candidate must be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
What you will do:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated integration and deployment
Automate testing, environments, and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code
Set up, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP as merit)
Run and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance feedback across systems
Integrate DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, RBAC, and secure authentication
Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of production environments
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams
Skills Required:
Strong experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, ideally AKS
Deep understanding of containerization and Docker
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible; Chef as merit)
Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and artifact repositories such as Artifactory
Strong background in secrets management, RBAC, OAuth2, and JWT-based authentication
Experience with observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry
Experience with workflow orchestration engines (Airflow, Prefect, Argo, Temporal)
Exposure to Neo4j in data- or graph-oriented systems is a plus
