Responsibilities:

•  Lead and participate in designing software solutions, ensuring the architecture meets current needs while being scalable for the future.
• Interpret and analyze business and user requirements to align software solutions with business objectives.
• Build efficient and scalable software for embedded systems.
• Create and implement comprehensive test plans to guarantee the reliability and performance of your code.
• mplement and manage continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex software issues in both development and production environments.
• Produce clear and concise documentation that supports the development, maintenance, and user understanding of the software.
• Work closely with other developers, becoming a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team where sharing knowledge and challenging existing ways of working is encouraged.

Skills Required:

• You have 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.

• You are proficient in C++ and Java and can write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. You have a strong understanding of system architecture and embedded systems principles.
• You are committed to excellence in software delivery and understand what it takes to produce high-quality code that scales across a number of projects and hardware platforms.
• You have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Physics.

Additional Skills:

• Exerience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team, valuing team success over personal achievements.
