About You:

Are you passionate about testing cutting-edge automotive technologies? As a Verification and Development Test Engineer in the Electrical Architecture and Base Technology team, you will play a crucial role in both the concept and industrialization phases of development. Our work is data-driven, offering a unique opportunity for innovation and creativity in automotive communication systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Test Objects: Design and build necessary test environments, including standalone units, subset rigs, and complete electrical system rigs.
  • Ensure Test Object Quality: Verify the functionality and reliability of test setups before execution.
  • Identify & Optimize Test Equipment: Define required tools and logging systems to ensure accurate validation.
  • Execute Test Cases & Document Results: Develop test strategies, perform analyses, and maintain clear, standardized documentation (test coverage, implementation status, test results, and impact assessment).
  • Analyze Logs & Report Findings: Review internal and external logs, diagnose issues, and produce detailed fault reports for troubleshooting and improvements.

Required Competencies

  • Expertise in Software Development: Strong programming skills (e.g., Python).
  • In-depth Understanding of the OSI Model: Comprehensive knowledge across all layers of the software stack.
  • Embedded Systems & Communication Protocols: Extensive experience in developing and verifying embedded systems (SoC environment, AUTOSAR, etc.).
  • Hardware & Electrical Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical architecture, base technologies, and communication hardware.
  • Software Development Principles: Understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Industry Experience: Knowledge of automotive systems and relevant standards.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused: Precision and commitment to high standards in testing and validation.
  • Adaptability & Technical Curiosity: Openness to learning and applying new technologies.
